Nick has been lifting iron for almost twelve years, first as a competitive bodybuilder and then making the transition to powerlifting. He made the step from lifter to full time coach three years ago after finding satisfaction in writing free programs for friends.
He believes in the perfect mix of hard and smart work, and enjoys working with athletes that commit to this process. Building strong relationships with athletes and being a part of their strength and mental development is what drives Nick’s passion for the sport. When not coaching or lifting, Nick enjoys burgers, burritos and strong coffee.
Fun Fact: Nick has read over 200 books in the last five years.
